1. Doorstep Service Execution

Cleaning Karigar provides specialized doorstep cleaning, automotive detailing, water tank sterilization, and sanitization services via certified technician squads (“Karigars”).

• OTP Verification: A unique 4-digit OTP generated upon booking must be shared with the Karigar squad upon arrival to officially initiate the job session.
• Utility Access: Customers agree to provide reasonable access to water supply and standard 15A electrical connection for high-pressure spray and steam extraction machinery.

2. Chemical Safety & Material Protection

All cleaning procedures exclusively deploy Diversey Taski bio-safe, non-acidic formulations. While our formulations are engineered to protect clear coats, leather, fabric, and stone, pre-existing structural defects, deep fiber tears, or sun-faded paint surfaces cannot be restored to original factory condition.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled slot time. In cases where the Karigar squad has already arrived at the verified premises and is unable to commence due to customer unavailability exceeding 30 minutes, an automated cancellation fee may apply.

4. 48-Hour Quality Assurance Re-Clean

If you notice any missed designated inspection checklist points, notify our customer support team within 48 hours of service completion with photos for a complimentary inspection and re-clean.
