• Contact Information: Full name, phone number, and optional email for order confirmations and OTP dispatch verification.
• Service Address & Geolocation: Residential/commercial address, society details, and GPS coordinates to route our nearest Karigar mobile unit.
• Booking Details: Selected vehicle make/model, apartment carpet area, water tank specifications, and appointment time slots.
• Transaction Data: Payment receipt tokens processed securely via authorized Indian payment gateways (Razorpay/UPI). We never store raw credit/debit card credentials.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly utilized for core operational delivery:

• Dispatching background-verified Karigars to your exact location.
• Generating 4-digit doorstep verification OTP codes for job commencement.
• Providing post-service digital inspection reports and invoice receipts.
• Sending essential service reminders and subscription renewal updates via SMS and WhatsApp.

3. Data Security & Retention

We implement enterprise-grade encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest) in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP). Your personal contact records are never sold, rented, or traded to third-party telemarketers.
